sweet escape
amazing views cleanliness maintenance
I found the staff quite cute. They attended to requests promptly. the views from the upper levels are amazing, i could see far into the surrounding areas. i liked the cleanliness maintained throughout the building, this adds to the overall positive experience.
The elevators proved insufficient at times, leading to noticeable delays especially during peak hours. It impacted scheduling. longer waits affected moving around in the building. I hope they improve it soon.

the hotel is near the city center. this provides convenient access to many attractions. its proximity to the yara river offers scenic walks. several restaurants are easily reachable.

the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. there is also a pool area that features many loungers. a supermarket nearby allows easy access to necessities, really convenient.

Our room featured two separate sinks, which helped greatly. the bathroom included a rainfall shower. The water pressure was consistent. a spacious bedroom included sufficient storage and comfortable bedding. we slept soundly.

Fantastic City Stay!
convenient location friendly staff higher level room easy parking
I found the location very convenient, near Flinders Street Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. I was able to get a higher-level room with great views. Parking was easy and the staff thoroughly explained all details.
I noticed the pool was unheated.

run down facilities long wait times
i booked this place because it had a pool, spa, and gym, but all those facilities were run down. check-in and check-out felt chaotic, and the staff seemed understaffed. this led to long wait times.

I appreciated the convenient location near key attractions. The apartment was a good size for our group and included expected amenities. The staff were friendly and ready to help with requests. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and well kept upon arrival.

Functional Stay Near the Casino
helpful staff convenient location comfortable bed
I appreciated the friendly staff at check-in. They were helpful. The location is very convenient with crown casino only a short walk away. I found multiple restaurants downstairs and a coffee shop across the street. the BED was comfortable.
The PHONE in my room did not work after i reported it. The Foxtel also did not work after i reported it. It took almost 45 minutes to get to the ground floor due to only one lift being operational. Room service arrived in plastic containers. This was unacceptable for the price.

Crown Casino is a five-minute walk away. Restaurants are downstairs. A coffee shop is just across the road. That's convenient. The hotel arranged parking. That was convenient.
